My sister and I have always loved to go to rodeos. Having heard the stories of our dad living on a ranch in NE Oregon and busting broncs we have loved enjoying the same atmosphere. Both us have a love for photography as well and so we decided to try our hand at shooting action shots at rodeos. I was completing my master's degree at Eastern Oregon University in the summer of 2006 and that is when we attended our first rodeo as photographers, the Elgin Stampede. It was the most fun we have ever had. Next we headed off to the Baker City Blowout. We loved capturing the pictures of all the contests. Everything went so well that we have plans to return next year and are also planning to attend other rodeos in the upcoming year. Thank you for checking out our site.
